Since 2007, AAA International Seafood has been sourcing and distributing fresh and frozen seafood to restaurants, sushi bars, markets, and wholesale customers throughout Southern California. Operating out of Vernon, CA, we've built our business on consistency: the same sushi-grade tuna, the same cold-chain standards, and the same direct relationships with our customers, delivery after delivery.
What started as a wholesale tuna supplier has grown into a full-line seafood purveyor carrying more than 100 products — from sushi-grade bluefin and frozen tuna to dock-fresh fish like kanpachi, madai, and kinmedai — all handled under HACCP-aligned protocols from the dock to your door.
We supply restaurants, sushi bars, and markets with sushi-grade tuna and fresh and frozen fish. We maintain direct relationships with the farms and fisheries we source from, so quality and traceability are controlled from the water to your kitchen. Our team works directly with buyers and chefs to make sure the right cuts and quantities arrive on schedule, with cold-chain protocols maintained the entire way.
