Since 2007, AAA International Seafood has been sourcing and distributing fresh and frozen seafood to restaurants, sushi bars, markets, and wholesale customers throughout Southern California. Operating out of Vernon, CA, we've built our business on consistency: the same sushi-grade tuna, the same cold-chain standards, and the same direct relationships with our customers, delivery after delivery.
What started as a wholesale tuna supplier has grown into a full-line seafood purveyor carrying more than 100 products, from tuna to Uni.
We supply chefs, restaurants, sushi bars, and foodservice kitchens with the highest-grade tuna and fresh and frozen fish, from Bluefin to King Salmon, Madai (Red Sea Bream), and Kinmedai (Golden Eye Snapper). We maintain direct relationships with the farms and fisheries we source from, so quality and traceability are controlled from the water to your kitchen.
